Postby adele.greshon » Thu Jul 26, 2012 11:48 am

After having an amazing 4 days, unfortunately we have no photos as we lost our Camera a Canon Powershot S5 in Frontierland on Wednesday 25th July.

We are appealing to anyone with information as much as we would like the camera back the memory card would be fantastic. [-o<

If anyone can help please message me

Howdy :-)

You can try to contact the lost property department in +33 (0) 1 64 74 25 00, or I guess that you also can try dlp.guest.communication@disney.com or dlp.communication.visiteurs@disney.com

You may be an exception then. back in...1998 or so, we left a photo camera inside Le Visionarium preshow area. We reported it lost at the lost property office (that still existed inside the guest relations building back then), but it was never turned in ad all the pics we had tken and the camera itself was lost forever

I'm with everyone else I'm afraid - my 4 year old daughter had her brand new Mickey hat and scarf taken from her lap whilst watching a show at Disney back in 2008. On that same trip we also had bags taken on a few seperate occasions from our parked pushchair (Disney carrier bags but only containing our lunch and snacks thankfully!) Guess those thieves thought they were getting something good but had a shock later on hahaha! This time around we have been super super careful and only managed to lose a cigarette lighter but then that is not such a bad thing...sorry husband!! ;) We complained to city hall after the theft from my daughters lap and all we got offered was a fastpass for a ride - I was pregnant at the time and so couldn't really ride anything anyway :( We had spent over 50 euros on that hat and scarf not 10 minutes before the show. Grrrrrr.
