Postby andlorna » Wed Jun 13, 2012 9:50 pm

We normally go to Disneyland Paris in October and we have been lucky with the weather. We are planning are next visit next February and was wondering what we can expect the weather to be like. Can anybody give us an idea :minnie:

About the same as the weather in England, it'll be winter.

Yep ed-uk is right. Mostly the same as over here the only difference I found when I went for Christmas previously was that it was far colder than I thought it would be. In Summer it's usually slightly hotter than the UK and in Winter it seems to be slightly colder than the UK. Make sure you take lots of layers as I spent a very cold 5 days and couldn't get warm as I just hadn't thought it possible that it could have been so much colder just being across the channel.

Thanks Gemma for the info, when we have been in October we have always been lucky with the weather lots of winter sunshine. We spent New Year 2009 there and it was cold. Just thought i would ask the question for people who have been in February.

I went in february this year. I have to say it was so much colder than over here. I ad at least 4 layers on every day. It didn't ruin the experience though! Take hats gloves and scarves! :)

I've been twice in February for my birthday, and the only warning I can give is wrap up warm!! It's absolutely freezing that time of year, but luckily it didn't rain for me (the sun actually came out at one point :O)

As everyone else has said, it'll be cold! I was taken completely by surprise (I think the excitement of going stopped me thinking straight). Take hats, scarves & gloves. It snowed while we were there, which was beautiful to wake up to, but sales of giant Micky Mouse hands gloves went up!!! Having said all that, there is a significant drop in visitors, so you don't have to queue outdoors for rides for very long.

And spare a thought for the cast members in the parades....Tinker Bell smiled and waved bravely throughout,in her green leotard outfit, as we all stood watching, wrapped up as if we were heading out on a polar expedition.....:)

We have been several times in February and it's been cold! This year was the coldest ever, with all the water iced over! We wear decent thermals and ski-suits that keep us snug, warm and dry! It's worth braving the cold for the shorter queues though we think!
