It was a welcome preview centre to show you what EuroDisney was going to be all about. In it was designs and a couple of ride vehicles (such as Dumbo) as well as some videos. You could book your stay. It was quite neat.

I haven't looked for a few years, but last time I did the building was still there but abandoned (and stripped of all the Disney designs). It was near the now police station between Serris and DLP.

Does someone have more pictures of Espace Disney? Can you compare it with the Blue Sky Cellar at DCA?

I don't know where my photos are, maybe up in the loft. But yes, it was very much like a bigger version of Blue Sky Cellar, with toilets and a cafe.

Thanks for the pictures.

Doesn't is look great today? That's Disney magic. No just joking.

It was a lovely place. Did it close when DLP opened?

Yes it did.

I know, they are trying to make Val D Europe a nice community and now it looks like this???!!!! You would think they could find a decent use for it somehow.

I've just looked for the building on Google Earth. The building was a little bit away from the main resort, but it is near the highway and so it was easy to reach.

When did you visit that place?

The outside certainly isn't much, but the inside is gorgeous :-)

Originally I visited Espace EuroDisney in 1991 I think (can't quite remember). And the last time I looked at the carcass of the building was about 3 years ago. We drive to DLP most of the time, so we like to explore to see how Val D'Europe is growing, especially as we own at the MArriott. We don't want our property value to reduce ;)

It looks even nicer in the inside.

I think it would be great to have a preview center like Blue Sky Cellar or Espace Disney for future projects. But with the few small things happening in PAris it wouldn't make sense.

Indeed, even if they just used some of the cases at the Art of Disney or perhaps in the tent at the Disney Village

But EDL hardly seem to ever share what is coming up until it is weeks away from opening.

To be honest, it doesn't need a preview center for a bunch of carnival rides.

lol. But even Crush Coaster and ToT could have had preview exhibits and did not. But agreed, maybe they worry about the negativity the previews of new junk could be. Hopefully TSPL is a one off (though I doubt it). I am hoping the rumours of Rat, Star Tours 2 and Soarin' would all be something to look forward to.

I don't think we will get a preview of Ratatouille or Star Tours, just because the official are afraid that the visitors will postpone their trip until they are open.

I have already posted this in "The Resort" thread:

Designing Disney posted a great article about Espace Euro Disney. Take a look:
