Disney Hotel Check In????????

Hi all,

Am staying in Sequoia Lodge from 26th-29th June. Our estimated arrival time is 1pm and check in is not until 3pm. I Was wondering when we arrive will we be able to receive our park tickets even though we have not checked in? We would like to go to the parks as we want to get as much done as we can as we are only there for 2 1/2 days. If we cant get our park tickets we are going to Annette`s to eat and will come back later to check in and then get our tickets. Can anyone tell me about the Luggage Storage at the hotel also as we will need to use that if we cant check in(Dont want to go to Annette`s with a big suitcase ). Do we have to pay for this service and dont bother telling me about the luggage storage in the station as I am arriving by VEA shuttle.

Hi there!

The 3pm check in is basically an advised time. They guarantee your room will be available by then, but most of the time it is available before that.
You can arrive at the hotel any time you like, leave your luggage free of charge at the hotel and pick up your park tickets straight away!

I've checked in at 1pm and my room has been ready for then, they are usually ready earlier at quieter times of the year. They will check you in whatever time you arrive, give you everything you need to get into the parks, take your luggage free of charge for you and simply advise you to return at your convenience to collect your room key.

if you have booked direct with dlp then you should get ur tickets on the train, use the disney express to drop ur bags at the top of the station and u can go straight into the park.

When u are ready to go to the hotel to check in just collect ur bags from the express place inside the hotel, we did this on our last trip and didnt check in until 8pm as it was a sunday the parks dont close until 10pm (i think the disney express were u collect ur bags doesnt shut until 10pm?).
